Tecnova Recycling Srl specializes in the production of extrusion lines for the regeneration of plastics, including post‑industrial (in‑house) waste and post‑consumer materials coming from washing lines. The company provides solutions for the recycling of all major thermoplastics, regardless of their input form: film, regrind, fibers, foam, and others.

Tecnova Recycling Srl has been engaged in the engineering, manufacturing, customization, and commissioning of plastic recycling extrusion lines since 1982. The company operates a complete in‑house production cycle, while screws and barrels are manufactured within its own group by Tecnoviti, a subsidiary equipped with dedicated production facilities. The presence of an internal testing laboratory allows the company to carry out equipment and process testing.

Agglomerator

  • Universal equipment for processing film waste and soft polymers

High productivity and reliability. Allows large volumes of soft waste to be processed into pellets, reducing logistics and storage costs.
Regranulation line 180 Rigido

  • Output: approx. 900−1200 kg/h (similar to models with a screw diameter of around 180 mm)
  • Designed for processing rigid polymers: PE, PP, PS, etc.
  • Integrated system: extruder, vacuum degassing, filtration, pelletizer (usually with water cooling)

An ideal choice for enterprises processing large volumes of solid waste (e.g., plastic barrels, containers, packaging).
High productivity (up to 1200 kg/h) ensures cost-efficiency and stable production rates.
Thanks to vacuum degassing and modular configuration, the line adapts flexibly to different types of raw materials.
